COMPLAINTS HANDLING & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

We always try our level best to provide you up to mark quality and service that you are looking for. Our Company Policy is mentioned below regarding Complaints Handling and Order Cancellation.

EDITS / REVISIONS:

We can do numerous minor revisions and edits until you get satisfied.

There is a minor charge if you need something new added to your first art work.

We can change size up to 20% only maintaining the quality of the already digitized logo and there is no extra charge. If we have to reduce / increase size more than 20% we have to redo the design so there would be a minor charge discussed with you prior to revision.

COMPLAINTS HANDLING:

Please CC your email to coresupport@coredigitizing.com regarding complaints with service, quality or our sales representative.

Please CC your email to billing@coredigitizing.com regarding payments and invoice issues. Your all emails are take care by support officials and forwarded to the management so they can look into all matters.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You can send an email or call us at our support numbers to let us know about cancellation of any designs. Please inform us within 3 hours. In case we do not get your Order Cancellation Request in time we have to charge it as an order.

If the design is finished and you inform us later on sometime the charge will not be dropped. The management can provide a discounted price to compensate your loss. In such cases we can reduce the cost up to 50% only as we have to pay the digitizers for the specific job.

The files you have received should be considered under correction.

It is taken carefully so there may not be any mistakes.

Please check spelling mistakes & all other details, etc. before finalization.

Kindly open the attached PDF file for color changes, thread settings and dimensions. We will need your Proof-Reading.

To avoid any loss / damages you should run a sample on rough material. CORE Digitizing will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages suffered by you as a result of any error occurred while embroidering your files.
